I’m curious, clever, and unafraid
of a blank page.

I just like to create, creating is my favorite.

That’s me on the right.

Resume

I have contributed to significant rebrands and developed brand guidelines for major companies like Thomson Reuters and ETS. My collaborative work on the award-winning Citadel Grace Hopper Conference showcased my ability to deliver impactful creative, and I also conceptualized and wrote audio scripts for Con Edison’s interactive Earth Day sound booth activation as part of their Clean Energy Commitment. I led copywriting for numerous large-scale company pitches and created dozens of new web pages across Microsoft’s Commercial, Consumer, and Education workstreams. Additionally, I developed an agency-wide Inclusive Language Guide and Certification Program, and I write social media copy for the agency on an ad hoc basis.

Boston University
Questrom School of Business

Writer & Editor
2018 – 2020

As a copywriter at 829 Studios, an integrated marketing agency in Boston, I worked with a variety of clients in industries that run the gamut. Whether it’s a 10-hour copy budget for a cocktail syrup brand, a 40-hour copy budget for a Jewish sleepaway camp, or a 300-hour copy budget for an access technologies company, I work tirelessly to create compelling copy that converts. With special attention to calls to action, SEO keywords, and (of course) grammar, I take client copy from “meh” to “wow.”

On May 20, 2018, I graduated from Boston University with a BA in English. On May 21, 2018, I started working at Boston University as the sole writer & editor for the Questrom School of Business Marketing & Communications department. At Questrom, I got to touch everything with words on it, ranging from print and digital recruitment collateral to feature articles for Questrom’s award-winning alumni magazine. I also wrote, edited, and updated copy on the Questrom website, created posts for the School’s (and the Dean’s) social media accounts, and aided in developing key messaging points for various degree programs.

Boston University
Center for the Study of Europe

Program Assistant & Writer
2015 – 2018

As a program assistant, I helped coordinate events featuring various European scholars, covering everything from migration management to the cultural roots of education reform. I also assisted in creating, hosting, interviewing, researching, and editing for the Center’s podcast, EU Futures.

refine+focus

Writing Fellow
2017 – 2018

As a writing fellow at Boston-based consultancy firm refine+focus, I was lucky enough to work closely with the CEO and COO to improve the communications strategies of Fortune 500 Clients. There, I also created online content, researched and copy edited business proposals, and curated the LinkedIn profiles of high-powered execs.

I find that a lot of my favorite people are also creatives, and sometimes we collaborate! To date, I’ve used my graphic design, typesetting, and illustration skills to produce posters for comedy shows in New York, a logo for a feminist production company, a puzzle for Fidelity Investment interns, and album art for indie musicians.
